2. Characteristics of ABS plastic
Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) is a thermoplastic polymer material structure with high strength, good toughness and easy processing. It can perform normally in the environment of -25℃~60℃, and has good formability. The surface of the processed product is smooth and easy to dye and electroplating. Performance characteristics of ABS material: ① Low strength, tensile strength 43MPa, bending strength 79MPa. ②It is not resistant to temperature, and the long-term use temperature should not be higher than 60 degrees Celsius. ③ The fluidity, coloring and surface spraying and electroplating properties are all good. 3. Characteristics of PC+ABS plastic
Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) is a general-purpose thermoplastic polymer. The synthetic material of Pc and ABs, which takes the characteristics of the former two, has excellent molding performance, good fluidity and high strength (tensile strength 56MPa, bending strength 86MPa).
